Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans
The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan program that originated from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. The loans are eligible for forgiveness if specified criteria are met.
The program is administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA). You can access their website for the latest guidance at https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options.
