New rules under the Bank Secrecy Act require financial institutions to identify business owners before a new account may be established. Each time a business account is opened or modified, we are required to ask for identifying information for each individual who holds beneficial ownership. If you are opening an account on behalf of a business, you will also be required to provide appropriate documentation. Rest assured, we'll make the new requirements as painless as possible. Debit Card Travel Alerts
If you’re planning to use your card while traveling, please notify us to help us recognize card activity associated with your travel. Email your travel dates and destination to email@example.com or call 866-681-1650.

Online Check Ordering
We have partnered with Harland Clark to safely and conveniently offer online check reordering. Check orders will be sent to the mailing address on your account and a charge for the order will appear on your account.
To reorder checks, you will need:
- Firstar's routing number - 103101262
- Your account number
- Starting number of your next check
In certain situations, checks cannot be reordered online. Please contact us to place your order if:
- There are any changes to your order, such as name change or change of address.
- It has been longer than two years since your last check order.
- This is your first time ordering checks.
