Sep. 30 - Fraud Alert

It seems like every day we hear about another data breach at a retailer. We strongly encourage you to monitor your debit and credit card activity and let us know immediately if you notice any unauthorized transactions. Please know that if your Firstar Bank debit card is affected, your card will be closed and a new card issued at no cost to you.

June 17 - Mobile Banking Enhancements

We are adding advanced layers of security to validate your mobile device upon log in. If your device is not recognized by the Mobile Banking system, you will be asked to answer some basic questions before logging in. The upgrade will not affect your User ID and Password. Most users will experience very minor changes but if you have any trouble, please call us toll-free, (866) 681-1650.

To protect your accounts, Firstar Bank monitors debit card transactions for potentially fraudulent activity. If you’re planning to travel this summer, please notify us to help us recognize card activity associated with your travel. Email your travel dates and destination to ClientServices@firstar-bank.com or call (866) 681-1650.
